CAN I UPGRADE MY MEMBERSHIP?
All Memberships can be upgraded at any time. Please speak with your representative to request a Membership upgrade.
WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?
When you first create your membership, you will work with a representative to set up billing features. Please be sure to ask your reprasentative which day of the month you will be billed. You will be billed the same day of each month.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept credit/ debit card payments, business checks, wire transfers, and PayPal. If you need another form of payment accepted we will work with you to come up with a solution.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY MEMBERSHIP EXPIRES?
Memberships do not expire. They are created on a rolling basis with payments billed and reports given for each month.
